Flow Onboarding: Live in half the Time
Most software onboardings drag on for months. Flow's takes about 30 days, and your team keeps dispatching the whole time.
The reason it's fast is that Flow doesn't ask your team to move the business into a new system. We do the work of getting Flow set up on your data, and we connect to the tools you already use. Your loads, customers, and carriers come over from your old TMS or spreadsheets. We handle the migration on our side. We plug into your Gmail or Outlook inbox, where your dispatchers are already negotiating, dispatching, and chasing paperwork. From day one, Flow is reading those emails, classifying them, and handling the routine carrier follow ups for you, all in the same threads your team already works in.
Nothing for your team to map. Nothing for them to import.
What hands on actually means
You get a real person paired with your team for the full 30 days.
Before kickoff, we pull your historical loads, your customer list, and your carrier list out of whatever you're using today and bring them into Flow. You don't export anything. You don't fill out a template. You point us at the source and we handle the rest, so when your team logs in for the first time, the data they'd expect to see is already there.
How the 30 days look
Week 1, connect. Your loads, customers, and carriers are already in Flow from the pre-kickoff sync. We connect your inbox, turn on customer portals, and the first round of automated carrier follow ups starts going out.
Week 2, tune. We watch traffic together and adjust anything that doesn't behave the way you'd expect. Customer portals get any branding tweaks you want.
Week 3, expand. Billing gets wired in so PODs flow straight into invoicing. The rest of your dispatchers come on, and the manual workflows start retiring themselves.
Week 4, hand off. Your team is running the business on Flow. We stay available, but you're driving.
There's no drawn out "go live" ceremony. Flow is live the moment we connect. The 30 days are about tuning it to your specific business, not waiting for the system to be ready.
See it on a real account
The fastest way to know if this works for you is to do it. Book a working session and we'll connect to a real account, look at real loads, and let you watch Flow respond to live carrier traffic.
