Taking Flow on the Road to Kansas City
My brother and I just got back from Kansas City, where we spent time meeting with freight brokerages and showing them what Flow can do.
The biggest takeaway? There's a clear demand for what we're building, even from brokerages that already have a TMS in place.
We sat down with teams that are actively using other platforms, and the reaction was the same across the board: "Why doesn't our TMS do this?" Whether it was the automated email dispatcher, real-time carrier tracking, or the way Flow handles load management without the manual busywork, brokers kept pointing out gaps in their current tools that Flow fills naturally.
That tells us something important. This isn't just about replacing what's out there, it's about solving the problems that existing software has overlooked. The day-to-day friction that brokers deal with: manually updating customers, juggling between disconnected tools, chasing carriers for updates. Most platforms just digitized the old workflow instead of rethinking it.
We built Flow because we lived that pain ourselves. And hearing it echoed back from brokers in Kansas City confirmed we're on the right track.
If you're a freight broker curious about what's missing from your current setup, reach out to us or book a demo. We'd love to show you what Flow can do.
