Why We Built Flow

We didn’t build Flow from the outside looking in. We spent years working inside the logistics industry, living the same inefficiencies we’re now solving and got tired of waiting for someone else to fix them.

The tools weren’t built to solve the problem. They were built to organize it. Most TMS platforms took the old manual workflow and put it on a screen. You still needed a dispatcher, a billing person, and someone to hold it all together. The software didn’t remove the labor. It just gave the same broken process a login screen.

That’s the gap we built Flow to fill.

The math is hard to ignore.

The average brokerage spends close to $4,000 a month per dispatcher. Salary, benefits, turnover, training. Flow automates that entire function for $350 a month. That’s not a feature comparison. That’s $43,800 back in your pocket every year. We know because we felt it. Every new load meant more manual work, more people, more overhead just to keep up.

The brokers who get it fastest are the ones who’ve felt the pain longest.

Every time we sit down with an owner who’s been in this industry for years, the conversation moves fast. They don’t need us to explain the problem. They’ve been managing around it for years. What stops them isn’t skepticism. It’s habit. The industry has accepted inefficiency as a cost of doing business for so long that most people stopped questioning it.

We did too. Until we decided to do something about it.

If you’ve been in this industry long enough, you already know the pain. We just finally did something about it. Book a demo or reach out directly.
